This Privacy Policy explains how Día de Muertos Mascotas AI ("we", "us") handles your information when you use diademuertosmascotas.net (the "Service"). Questions? Email support@diademuertosmascotas.net.
What we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
- Photos you upload. The photo of your pet you choose to make a video.
- Your pet's name. If you type a name to appear in the video, we keep it with that video.
- Videos you create. The videos we generate for you, and details such as when they were made and which scene you chose.
- Purchase information. Stripe processes your payment. We receive a record of what you bought (pack, amount, date) and a Stripe customer reference. We never see or store your card number.
- Credit history. Credits added, used and refunded on your account.
- Technical information. Basic logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages you request, used to keep the Service secure and working. If we turn on analytics, we also collect aggregated usage data such as pages visited and time on page.
How we use it
- To create your videos and show them on your private My videos page.
- To run your account and your credit balance, including automatic refunds when a video fails.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To answer your support requests.
- To keep the Service secure and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
Who helps us run the Service
We share information only with providers we need to run the Service, and only for that purpose:
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and file storage for your photos and videos.
- Google: sign-in.
- Stripe: payments.
- Our AI video processing provider: receives your pet's photo, the scene description and the name you typed to generate your video, and returns the result to us.
- Analytics providers (only if enabled): aggregated usage statistics.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our users, our Service or our rights.
Who can see your videos
Only you. Your videos are tied to your account and can only be opened from your signed-in My videos page. We do not publish your photos or videos. The example videos on our website were made by us from sample pet photos, not from customer uploads.
How long we keep it
We keep your photos and videos while your account is active so you can come back and download them. You can ask us to delete your photos, your videos or your whole account at any time by emailing support@diademuertosmascotas.net from the address you sign in with. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Cookies
We use a few essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. If analytics is enabled, analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or download your personal information, and to object to or limit how we use it. To make a request, email support@diademuertosmascotas.net. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
The Service is for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. Please upload photos of animals only, with no people in them. If you believe a photo of a child was uploaded, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Our providers may process your information in countries other than yours, including the United States and China, where our AI video provider runs its models. We rely on them to protect it with appropriate safeguards.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No online service can promise perfect security, so please tell us right away if you notice anything suspicious.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and if a change is significant we will tell you on the website.
